It depends on the product. The analysis equipment is a one-time payment of KRW 2,000,000 (excl. VAT) for permanent use — no auto-renewal, no monthly fee, no cancellation penalty. The member dashboard and software updates stay free for life. The cardio game system works differently: a deposit (fully refunded when the system is returned) plus a monthly SaaS fee priced by package, on a six-month term.

No — installation is included in the KRW 2,000,000. Shipping, on-site installation, initial setup and staff training are all covered, with no extra charges.

We contact you within 24 hours of your inquiry. Within a week we run a video call walking through how it fits your space and how to operate it. After that we install the analysis equipment free of charge for a two-week trial. The trial covers the analysis equipment only; the cardio game system is installed under a separate agreement. If you're happy after the trial, payment starts the full rollout.

Usually two to three hours. Our technicians handle equipment setup, network connection, system configuration and initial testing. Trainer training runs the same day.

We cover the cost of collecting the equipment. The free demo covers the analysis equipment only; the cardio game system is installed under a separate agreement.

You can cancel freely during the two-week demo. After the KRW 2,000,000 payment, a change-of-mind refund is possible within seven days provided the equipment is unused; beyond that, standard commercial refund rules apply. Ask your account contact for details.
